A love letter

To these beautiful hands that since 3 months ago don't play with cigarettes any more.

Now they make more music and make me happier.

I think you did it. You always do what you say and if you fail you try again.
This fight was tough, really tough.

You are my hero and I love you.

Red cabbage

Convolutions, turns. The precise transition from one texture to another, from the porous white to the impermeable violet.

Brooche prototype

I was thinking about bones when I was carving this form on wax. the idea was to set stones on both ends

but maybe I will leave it plain. It's going to stay a prototype. I feel it needs some movement on that frontal line and be a little less heavy.

Anyway it is a new form full of possible variations.

Lirio's new website!!!

Well, this is what I have been doing these days. Completing phase one of my mysterious project: New website for Lirio. This version has more and new photos. I recovered images I thought were lost; a mini photo studio was constructed to be able to take better pics of jewelry and stones and there is a portfolio. I am a little tired but delighted.

I realized that during these nomadic years I have taken very few photos of the studios I've had. The one below is from my year living in Uruguay. At that time my studio was so little that it all fitted in one table. You can also see my love's sound studio right next to my table. No radio required.

An so, I dedicate this achievement to my musician and my family too, always joyfully supporting so much hammering and wandering, and with the promise that I will now work intensely on phase two: less computer and more fire.

I will be anxiously waiting for your comments about the web page (and the blog).
What's missing, do you like the photos, the colors, how was the navigation, was there enough information... Did you like it?
